Good day,
I am an NRI and looking to invest in residential property in India and Delhi in particular, but am open to other prospective areas. I am looking at areas such as Delhi (Where prices are extremely high) Gurgaon (Where prices are high) and Noida(Where prices are resonable). My main aim is to to buy property for investment and not to live in. I am looking for areas where I can get high capital gains and good rental yields. These properties would be sold between 3 - 5 years to re-invest. Please may I have your advise on: 1. Areas to look at 2. Decent prices to pay per sqft 3. Anticipation of rental yield in % on Investment 4. Is it better to go through and agent or go to the developer directly Thank you all in advance |

Invest in Manesar(Anant Raj, DLF), projects coming up on NH8 (Sectors 77 and plus). They should give good returns & if u have appetite for risk, invest on the Dwarka expressway.
