Layout approval for land in a village
Hi,
I Have a property in a surounding village in Madurai.I would like to know the requirements for passing the layout for the land. I have read in some forums that getting approval from panchayat office? Also whom can i reach to complete the process properly. What are the required documents for layout approval. Thanks in Advance, Regards, Raja |

Panchayat Approval is illegal. Panchayat is not having any rights to approve any layouts.
You should go for the DTCP approval. |
