Exclamation OBSERVATIONS PEOPLE MISS on projects!

I have started this thread to allow people to identify the problems related to diff
societies which they might miss ..
all the good points r very easily noted n highlighted by the buiders but ppl miss some points like the one I am starting with ...coz I feel its my responsibility to tell others abt the same..

this is abt ramprastha greens in vaishali....note
THERE IS A "HIGH TENSION CABLE" PASSING RIGHT THROUGH ramprastha which can be really really dangerous. I have witnessed one aftermath of high tension cable accident(my wifes realtive)..n it was nasty ..not tht I'm saying its fatal but its a sword hanging right there...kids play in those parks, elderly take a walk in the mornings/evenings ...so its a big threat .anytime anyday..

and I searched to find out tht thr shud be at least 50 m from these cables at least ..n thr r these flats Pearl heights, which are inhabited and the balconies open to these cables ...goodness!!
not only this but my wife said its not good as per vaastu too, to have such high electromagnetic field around..

I was really interested in GC emerald heights and maxcity ..but my wife really pushed me to opt out of it ...coz of above rest is for others to decide.

TAKE CARE evryone

Under Electricity Act & Rules as well as Development Authority Rules, there are clear standards for keeping vacant area on either side of HT Lines / Tower Lines. Even 11 KVA & LT lines could be fatal.
