Plot in Bangalore now - wise decision ?
Hi ,
My brother came to India for vacation and he is desperate to buy property in Bangalore as it is getting delayed for more than 2 years. Seeing this economy condition,my opinion is not to invest anything at this time and asked him not to do anything atleast until Feburary 2009. He has seen the resale house(30 x 50 , G+1 floor) near Relance mart in Bannargatta road(Mico Layout) for 60Lakh and decided go for it if they reduce the price more. is that the wise decision? please advise. |
