joshisnj New Member Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 1 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	Possession not in time I had booked a flat in Kolhapur-Maharashtra in May 07. Builder had agreed to give possession witin one year i.e till May 08, it is mentioned in the agreement. However till date (April 09) he has not completed the buliding. Can I get compension? Builder has now promised to give possession within 5 months. can anybody suggest what should I do?
