Default Power of Attorney

Hi Gurus,

I have planned to buy a vacant land. History is

TNHB (Tamilnadu Housing Board) has alloted a land to Mr chandrasekar.
Chandrasekar has given a registered Power of attoney to Fathima
Fathima has given affidavit to TNHB stating that i am a POA
TNHB has given sale deed like this.

From TNHB to In favour of Chandrasekar represented by Fathima

Document is signed by Fathima and photo of fathima is placed in the document.

Is it a valid document to buy

please help

Merely by going throught the recital as you mentioned in the document title to the property cannot be ascertained.Verify all the docs with the TNHB officials in order to check out the veracity of the sale deed.
