Premium earned on real estate property
Friends,
We all are aware on the Premium which an investor seeks while resale of the property. Most of the times it is demanded in black. May i request all the members to motivate all the investors or among ourselves to understand their role in nation building. A very tiny percent of Premium if declared in while goes as income tax but can bring happiness to may of homeless, government can help with this tax. Please do spread smiles among all. Pay Tax.
