Default Proof unsold flats houses inventory IndianExpress article

Guys,

There was an article in IndianExpress yesterday - 19th Dec 2009.

I went to take delivery of my car after long time (accidental repairs), when i was waiting in the lobby when i came across the article.

It clearly mentions - unlike TOI which is a property advert. magazine, that the unsold inventory is rising, supply has far outstripped demand.

The basic rule of supply-demand gap is known to almost everyone, now what the readers have to do is - use their reason!

I could not attach the article PDF i downloaded from their ePaper section as file size is not permitted on this forum the direct link for the article is posted here.

http://epaper.indianexpress.com//IE/...2_2009_019.pdf

Not sure how long they will host the ePaper, however people who happen to see this post late can guide me how to post huge files? say around 700-800KB.

I believe double dip is imminent & inevitable.

If the PDF links is not visible to some people the they may follow ]http://epaper.indianexpress.com/IE/IEH/2009/12/19/index.shtml[/URL]

a scrollbar on right will be seen for various pages of the paper for 19-12-2009, scroll down and the 19th page from top is the Express Estates page - this is the page for which i posted the link here

I suggest everyone to read this.
