I have two separate plot of land of 5000 sq ft in Vadodara. According to present rules in one property i can get 1.5 FSI and on another plot I can get 1.8 FSI. On both the land how much floor I can construct if I want to construct 2 residential unit or 3 residential unit on each floor and of how much area can cover in each single unit Kindly advice.
