Purchasing a Land in Tribal Area
Dear Sir ,
I wish to purchase a property ,in a tribal Area. I have come to know that all the land basically belong to Tribal Caste. And the Local Law does not permit people of generall Caste to purchase land from Tribal ones ; unless you also belong to tribal caste. The said area is a tourist hot spot. Lot of other Investers have bought tribal Lands , in there servants name( who is of tribal caste), and have build hotels in these lands. Taj is one of them. So my question is what legal papers have to be signed , for ................................. in order to keep our investment safe. |
