OBJECTIVE OF 'REAL ESTATE WATCH AWARD'

The boom in housing sector is growing day by day. There are many reasons for the boom in the market. Buying a property is considered to be wise investment decision now days. After the government's decision to allow FDI in this sector, the market is on a fast-forward mode. The market is abuzz with various activities involving the players in the domain, like housing developers, financing institutions or banks, creative & design consultants, accessories makers, facilitators, government bodies and allied industries, etc. Needless to say, REW as a media watch-dog specializing on this subject, would be setting benchmarks that would reflect not only the present trends but the future the real estate market hold.
