Reg buying plot in and around tiruchirapalli
HI All,
I am a new joinee in this community. Nice to see a community for the real estate. I am planning to buy plot around tiruchirapalli from a promotor. What are the documents that I have to get and verify before buying the Plot? Promotor has EC for 25 yrs. legal docs, patta and letter from panchayat union stating the acceptance of converting agri land to plot. The Plot was Wet agricultural land which is converted to plots. What the documents that I should verify or recieve from the promotor related to conversion of agricultural land to residential plots?? Is the letter from panchayat union enough?
