Hi,

I'm really looking forward for some serious help.

We have a residential house in koramangala where we are currently residing (600 sq ft). Lately the road in which we are residing has seen a number of commercial plots come up and the road has become extremely busy and absolutely unlivable for us because of this and the income we might earn we are contemplating on building a commercial plot here. Now here is where i need help as im completely lost as to how to go about it. We have minimum amount (Im the sole earner (Gross income 2Lkh/yr) and we are almost completely dependent on loan. Can someone please help me as to how i need to go about for the loan, Cost of construction and also other formalities required for construction of this commercial plot.

I would be eagerly awaiting your response.I would be extremely grateful for any help you could provide me.

am not able to understand your plight
if u use the space for commercial activity where will u stay? Whats the size of the total plot?
it definitely will make sense to use it for commercial purpose if u have some business in mind, but then u need 1 b/room, 1, drawing, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom for living, till the time your family needs grow.
