Residential vs Commercial Property
Hi,
I am an investor in Real Estate. Till Today I have invested in Residential Properties only. I am planning to go into Commercial. Since I am new here, Wanted to know others opinions about going for Commercial property vs Residential property? Thanks |

I believe the main difference is in Loan rates and rebates which will differ in both cases i.e. higher rate of interest and lower Income tax rebates in commercial property & lower rate of interest and higher income tax rebate in residential property.
