Hi,

I have just started taking interest in property markets.
My family has a building of studio apartments, for lower-middle class people and few good properties in Mumbai too.

So far, so good.

I wanted to analyse about the investments in commercial areas.
Which commercial investments give better returns?
1.) Showrooms?
2.) Offices?
3.) Shops inside arcades?

I also wanted to know, what kind of returns should one expect if each investment goes in the bracket of 1 - 1.5 crore?

I want to study the pros and cons properly and invest the money in the best possible way so that the family can stay stable for years to come on the returns of these investments.

How should I start digging in on this one?
Are there any good property agents in Pune who deal in big properties?

Any kind of help would be appreciated.
