I have a home loan for an under construction property. The builder sends me demand letter time to time but the original is not sent to the Bank sometimes. The builder is asking me to forward the original demand letter i have received to the Bank.
Is it safe to keep photocopy of demand letter with myself and submit the original to the Bank ? |

Nothing wrong...after all the original demand letter is with your bank in your file.....You can get a certified copy from the bank any time in case of any legal necessity. In any case, these letters would have no relevance once you sign flat transfer agreement with the builder. |
