hi,
since u r already fighting a legal battle, follow the course of law, but nowadays its very safe to lease out property but the instrument should be properly registered and all the relevant stamp duties should be properly paid, a registered instrument(agreement) can be enforced through courts and the premises can be vacated andthe tenant cannot claim relief under the present laws. hope this helps Vinod |

If have any agreement what you have done with your tenant, then produce the same in court . This will help you to get the justice earlier.
