hi,
i've recently entered into an agreement to buy a flat in bangalore. originally we discussed the price per sq.ft and come to an agreement. In the sale agreement there is a clause " for a total sale consideration of 31,50,000" and in the construction agreement there is a clause "the contractor have agreed to provide vitrified tiles flooring, ceramic tiles in the bathroom, providing windows inside the flat and the PURCHASERS have agreed to entrust the said work to the contractor for the consideration of 24,50,000" so does it mean, according to the agreement i owe him 31,50,000 + 24,50,000, which is way over what was agreed up on. please shed some light. thanks |
