Hi,
I had sold my property on 18th August and had also taken the advance token money 20% of total value and the agreement was signed for the balance payment of 80% to be made within 45 days with a condition that if the buyer doesn't pay the balance amount in 45 days then the advance amount already paid by him shall be forfeited. After 45 days nobody turned up to make the payment and as per the agreement signed, I forfeited the money. Now after almost 75 days later, I am being forced to return the forfeited money. I am being threatened indirectly. I am not afraid of anything and I can take it up whichever way it goes. What shall I do? Pls suggest. Regards, Angrush |

Hi there,
i think as per agreement if one time you forfeited the advance money and the buying party did not able to done the deal. so you property is save and forfeited money is your's. Thanks |
