Is there anyway we can find a selling price for the house?
Are there any details publicly available? There is a site called as zillow(dot)com (Currently works well in US only) you can search for a particular house and find the following details

Indian market is mostly Broker/Agent driven. Not a customer driven. If broker says that tomorow XYZ is happening in that area then we all start increasing the price.... So it is difficult to find the exact value.

If the GOVT rate is 500rs then the outside or actula rate is 1000rs.
But you can register/give stamp duty as per GOVT rate. |
