I need some advice.
My father in his will left his house to myself and my two brothers (3 of us in all). Myself and my other brother (who is the only one of us who actually lives in the property) wish to sell the property but our other brother does not. Is it possible to legally sell our shares (2 our of the 3 shares)? Or can we sell the house and give the our brother his share regardless? p.s. The ownership of the property has been legally transferred into all of our 3 names. |
