Setting up Villa Project in Kollur Mookambika, near Kundapura, Udupi - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,

I have a land of about 1 acre in Kollur Mookambika which is located near Kundapura, Udupi and Mangalore. I plan to set up villa project or flats there in Kollur. Currently people are facing lot of problems with respect to Accommodation there in Kollur. Hence, with this land in hand I plan to setup a small town ship here, my land is not even a kilometer from the temple. I request each one of you to kindly provide your suggestions and feedbacks.

I am interested to own a villa from your proposed project near mookambika temple, Kundapura. Kindly let me know the approximate cost, plinth area, approximate time required for completion, the cost of the villa and the modeof payment.
