Transfer of Ownership
I want to transfer my flat from my fathers name to my mothers name. My father died due to illness. IN the registration agreement there is no nominee mentioned by dad. Society share certificate is also on my fathers name. I have my fathers death certificate. Now, how could i able to transfer it to my mothers name. >???
PLease suggest as it is urgent. |

Legal Hire Certificate
Apply for legal heir certificate in thashildar office by mentioning your family members name who are the valid legal heirs.
Then you can easily transfer the property which was in your fathers name to your mother. Get legal help from lawyers |
