As i have seen a post on this forum about Triveni galaxy project in faridabad sector 78 that Triveni infrastructure is trying to cheat them. But this is not true. They are trying hard to manage this. Now the time is very crucial to all over the world. Recession is everywhere. We should keep in our mind as the recession come as it will be gone. Why are you saying you are the Triveni victims. The whole infrastructure sector is victim of current recession. The whole infrastructure sector is trying to know how to solve this problem. They start their meetings and finding other solutions so that they can manage the situation. Due to lack of liquidity the project are getting late.

We should keep patience.

One thing more you should know that this is the right time to invest your money in infrastructure sector. I also invested my saving in triveni projects and i see the future for my investments. What i know about triveni galaxy project in faridabd is on the right track. Last time wheny i went there to see the current status about the galaxy project site. i see everything is fine. you can find more triveniassociation (dot) com.

So please don't say you are Triveni victim.

We are the victim of this recession! Now the whole world is the victim of recession.

We know that triveni is big brand in infrastructure and media sector. They have a big experience in infrastructure sector. Some one suggest me to invest in triveni infrastructure but i am little bit confused i want to know more about triveni infrastructrue could you suggest where can i get more info about triveni infrastructure.

I just know more is this a right time to invest in the infrastructure sector. becuase you know that today market is unreliable and recession is everywhere throughout the world.

So, you registered here specifically to post about Triveni. Your first post on this thread talks about how Triveni is really a thing and completely innocent of any wrongdoing. Then you respond to your own post asking more info about Triveni.

What am I missing here?

You work for Triveni, don't you? Or are you a broker who is peddling Triveni's flats? Please come clear.

the forum admin should seriously ban people like mukesh for doing company marketing under false identities. If you are a company sales rep.. then say so upfront! This would be far more appreciated by the community than the subversive activities behind the mask.

People have suffered enough, do not mislead them to more pain by such sales and marketing tactics!

New Delhi: Real estate developer Triveni Infrastructure has been directed by a consumer forum here to refund Rs 6 lakh to one of its customers, who had booked a flat in their township project at Faridabad but did not get possession for more than four years.

Finding the company guilty of unfair trade practice for giving a flashy advertisement despite being "well aware that the aforesaid project would never be successful", the New Delhi District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum also awarded Rs 25,000 as compensation for harassment and Rs 10,000 as litigation costs

"OP (Triveni Infrastructure Development Co Ltd) knowingly and deliberately extracted money from the complainant's pocket through unfair trade practice by publishing in various news papers, 'Path breaking developments in the city of future, Township at Faridabad', as it was well aware that the aforesaid project would never be successful.

"It is totally, unlawful, injustice, malpractice, unfair trade practice of developer (Triveni), which is a violation of Consumer Protection Act, 1987," the forum presided by C K Chaturvedi said.

The order of the forum came on the plea of Kalkaji resident Vivek Kumar who had alleged that he had paid Rs six lakhs in two instalments in 2006 and 2007 for booking a flat in the real estate developer's township project at Faridabad, but even after four long years the status of the township was not communicated to him.

He had alleged that his requests for delivering possession of the flat or failing that, to refund his booking amount, were met with threats and added that the firm did not even reply to any of his emails.

As the company chose not to contest the complaint despite serving of notice, it was proceeded against ex-parte.
