Default Undivided Share in a Flat

Hello Folks,

I would like to know aboue the concept of undivided share in a flat. How do the calculate the percentage of land will be given as undivided share?
For example, if they land area is 2400 sq.feet and the builder has decided to consruct 4 flats of varying size "GF: 780 sq.feet, FF: 850 sq.feet (each), SF: 850 sq.feet" . What proportinate of land does each of the buyer would recieve as undivided share in land?
4 Flats:
GF->Ground Floor (G1) + Car Park
FF->Frst Floor (A1,A2)
SF->Second Floor (B1)

Thanks in advance for your valuable comments/replies.
