Hi

Can anyone tell me the difference between real estate development and construction?..........While browsing through net, I came across the history of Omaxe. It was mentioned that Omaxe entered the construction business in 1999 and came into real estate development in 2001......

This is something which has confused me a lot ...... please help me out???

It is a very genuine query as the both belongs to main stream but still vary.Construction is a very imp part of real estate industry but very small.It can include const of small schools,hospitals or any type of structure which has walls,roof and floor. It ends here.But real estate is a huge industry which includes searching for land,aquiring,planning,taking approvals,advertisemnts,lay out plans,construction,allotmnt,maintenance and many more.
