What are the risks of investing in real estate in India?
Hi All,
We all are watching that 'Real Estate' is rocking in India. In such a state everybody...I guess, is thinking to invest in this sector, may it be direct immovable property investment or investment in realty funds or in any other form (small or big investment!). At such a time when the Realty in India is getting sturdy everyday and transparency is also increasing, is it right to imagine or say think about some risks involved in investments?  I think one would not be in loss If not in great profits…even if the market sees any sort of crash in future. I mean property rates are not going to come down if not up. You all are free to express your views here  |
