Can any buddy tell me what are TierI, II and III cities in India? and what is the criteria to define them?

Tier I cities:
Bangalore, Mumbai and NCR
Characterstics:
*Fairly well established real estate market
*Demand drivers quite pronounced

Tier II cities:
Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Kolkata
Characterstics:
*Growing real estate markets
*Experiencing heightened demand and investments

Tier III cities:
Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Nagpur, Indore, Goa, Vishakapatnam, Mysore, Coimbatore, Kochi, Vijaywada, Mangalore, Trivandrum and Baroda
Characterstics:
*Real estate markets yet to establish
*Perceived to have substantial potential demand
