Hi all,

I recently moved to Noida (Finally). Needed some advice from real estate gurus.

I am planning to buy a 1bhk/2bhk (RTM) in indirapuram/vaishali/vasundhra.

My Office is in Sector 127 and distance & traffic doesn't much matter to me as i use office cab and go to office around 2 PM.

I have a budget of around 25-30 lakhs, please suggest which fits my requirement.

I also searched for 2Bhk flats RTM in vaishali area. U wud get 1/2 bhk in vaishali, indirapuram as builders floors only. that also old one.

I am also looking for 1 BHK in Raj Nagar /Crossing within max 1 year possession time .My budget is 15 lacs. If you find any option then pls communicate me as well.

In 25-30 Lack u can get a small 2 bhk in builder floor in Vasundhara. It will not be very goos and expect it to be 5-6 years old. May be bigger one on top floor.

BTW, stretch ur budget till 32-34 lack (take loan) and get good one in Crossing.

i m also luking for a builder floor in vaishali for some commercial work; preferably ground floor.
seniors please suggest which sector is best and wat is the price range. my budget is 40-50L.
