LOL, Few weeks before I already let know that at this location rates will be not less than it at all even by Gov ......... That's why person who is looking for affordable homes must have to look towards RNE , CR , NE , GN..... there is no way that any affordable scheme will be launched by anyone at any already developed NCR Locations.... Only new developing locations are the future of affordable housing till next 3-5 years... After 5-6 years all of these current affordable locations will also become costly and then public will look towards YEW , Tronica City , Murad/Modi Nagar , NE Part-2 (6 KM more far) , Loni Area , Bhiwari , Kundli .... type of Locations
