Senior members please advice about Antriksh Sanskriti Project. I am planing to buy one flat in this project. I am planing to take loan from HDFC, this project is approved by HDFC ??? reply of senior members are highly appriciated.

Antriksh is also called ANT RISK .... A low quality builder, check other threads about the builder

no its not yet approved by hdfc as i was trying for loan from HDFC , its only approved by lic, idbi and axis if ia m not wrong
. i ask them about hdfc but they always say file is in process .

Helllo folks,

I'm a new member here and am currently working in Bangalore.
I heard about this project - Antarisksh Sanskriti from a friend and have been doing my bit of research in this area.

While going through several other threads on this forum, I've not had a very good impression of Antariksh group. My dad visited the project and mentioned that two towers have already come up in this project and the location is good. The project is on the main road itself. It looks like a good deal to me but given the huge no. of anti-Antariksh feedback from people on this forum, I'm not able to make a decision.
Has anybody on this forum actually bought a apartment in this project ?
Why is it about Antariksh group that people aren't happy with ?

I'd really appreciate any feedback, need to make a decision at the earliest.

I would say even if you get 5-10 positive feedback in this forum, pls go for ANT RISK but if not then why to go for a builder with such a negative mindset.

After all you will invest 30-40 lacs over there.. Think 10 times before investing here....

i am also a NRI working abroad but i visited India during diwali and booked a flat for me over there. i like the location of the project as its right on nh_24 so good connectivity to anywhere and just opposite it is sector 63 of noida. as far as construction is concerned i checked with guys living in old socities constructed by them one of them is in indirapuram itself . the structure looks okay to me. people say bad things about antriksh but never said why???? they neevr said whats wrong with them. is it construction or anything . if u say its amrapali or supertech or jaipuria , visit there old construction in Indirapuram and u will see which one is better.
i just want to ask the guys who said ANTRIKSH AS ant risk , please clarify why is it like that . give me a good reason and i will follow u guys also

Friends, I am seriously considering Antariksh Sanskriti project on NH24, though bit concerned about Society - Antariksh tie up. Please share if you have any info about the actual contract between these parties. Also i would like to know the name of so called Society.
