ATS Advantage, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad - Indian Real Estate Forum

I booked a flat in ATS advantage indirapuram in 2008 as I had heared ATS name as a committed and reputed builder but reality is something else.

ATS was supposed to complete this project by March 2011 and in case it delays after June 2011 then ATS was supposed to pay Penaulty but even after 1 year delay ATS people are not able to tell extact month of completion. They have also sent a letter to all the flat owners as an exceuses to avoid the payment of penaulty.

Over and above they are doing additional construction ground and first floor between the towers that was not in the original plan. I donot think one need to trust ATS anymore....
