Guys

I had visited Indrapuram yesterday to meet one of my friends and by chance I saw the ATS site. Guys Its no way possible to give possession in 1st week of Feb. It will take few months more easily......

Any idea on how much would be the monthly maintenance be once families start living and RWA is formed?

3 queries above, and no reply. Itni berukhi kyo is project se. Kuch toh batao logo. Hame bhi uttar ka intezar hai.

Read Below Resale Rate Posted Last Month by a genuine trust-able member of IREF having investment in several NCR Locations and his own in Noida.

We studied it in detail when finalized ph2 deal for a friend recently. He might even plan to shift 3 or 4 yrs later So opted for 1685 due to 3T , otherwise initially he was more inclined towards 1300 size.

I visited ATS site on Saturday. Construction quality is good. I must say i have seen 3c LB on Noida expressway at almost similar stage. If i compare both of them on basis of construction. ATS stands out. Be it the floor layout, common area, lift area etc.

Practical possession for Ph-1 is still 4-6 months. Lots of construction is still going on. I went to tower 11th.

1) Could not see the lift installed....
2) Stairs were quite wide and well build.
3) Rooms looked spacious.
4) overall the feeling was very good.

Phase-2 Booking was still on. Price quoted was 4500 in DP and 5000 in CLP. Could sense some room of negotiation.

I was informed that there are 24 tours in 23 acres. 4 flats were there in 11th tower and the ATS representative informed about the same structure through out.

You can expect appx 100-200 Rs of negotiation....

We think ats has always creating artificial hype in market to sale there flats in high rates compare to other brands. In concern to quality and price many other projects in indirapuram and Noida E-Way is there for investment purpose as compare to ATS indirapuram.
