Hello everyone.. I saw your conversation .. but still question remains the same..whether we should go ahead and take the allotted plot or back-out.

I also received letter for sapna 2. and i am not able to make my mind what to do because of the area near by scheme. I visited there . i am not sure that property is gonna profitable anytime soon.

so need help guys... date is near...

anybody on forum who applied for aasra type-ii flat in this scheme and got allotment letter from upavp.
if yes.....please communicate any contact no. of upavp with whom the information regarding allotment can be obtained

Today . I had a word with UPAVP guys... They are telling me Sapna 1 (2 BHK) Letters will start going out after 25th Juky and their payment date would be 31st August.

i talked to couple of real estate agents and both of them said that this will be good investment opportunity. even though the payment scheme is quite aggressive, i will grab one 3 BHK after all this property is just 2km from delhi border. in future, this area will get metro connection. so with all the things in mind i made a conclusion that i will get an apartment here.
