Oh really. How many old members contacted you for any deal in RNE. Nobody has stopped you to promote CR and bring into light negative of RNE. See Dear We are not against or pro of any area. We should be mature enough to listen to others poit of view. Any buyer has his sentiments with the area where he buys. But this forum is also for new prospective buyers & new prospective buyers have the right to know the area through all media & this forum & internet is also one media for that. We are with the buyers of CR or Noida Extension because maximum buyers in this area are middle class people who have taken loan to buy.

I am a end user and searching almost entire NCR in the past 6 months. My views about CR are following apart from Dumping ground issue.


The road connecting NH to CR is extremely narrow, today it seems fine but I can imagine the load on this road, even with 30% rate of occupancy in CR. There is no scope of widening at all.
2. The NH itself is bottle neck at present, I have high hopes it will be six lanes in coming years.
3. The localities around the area are not at all good, be it poor semi slum colonies/villages.
4. The area is very close to Ghaziabad industrial units, from many apartments on can feel that smoke coming out of these units.
5. Biggest worry is GDA has no stake in the area, why would they come and invest in the area, which is not even part of city, its totally remote area for Ghaziabad. My only worry is, once builders are finished than who is going to take care of the CR.
6. The safety is another concern, especially from NH near Hindon area and connectivity to Noida is again not a good route to travel.

7. if Noida Ext. matter gets sorted out, it will have a -ve impact on the growth of CR.


These are purely my observations, what do you think?

Considering all this I would recommend only invest if you have longer plans to stay invested ..roughly for more than 15-20years

No Offense to anyone but what I have understood so far is every thread which starts with a specific topic later it then convered to RNE vs other area. All the threads I have gone through, havn't read a single line negative about RNE. What does it mean ? RNE is a best place to live ??? I doubt that ?

Just look this thread itself .. it starts with a topic of dumping ground but again people started talking about all other issues of CR. My only point here people not sticking to the thread topic rather start putting the stuff as per the choice..

Dear Mr. Kalra

I can understand your frustration about changing the topics in the thread, but i would like to emphasize that all these are related topics/issues raised in this thread about CR, but I also agree bringing Golf Course Delhi or RNE doesnt make any difference here, when we are focused on a particular topic.

I shared my views about CR, and its the same in every topic, bcoz what i shared are the real Issues which CR gonna face ... Dumping ground is another spot on it now.

Interestingly, if you see the area map the builders will show an upcoming metro station, just infornt of CR, these things actually should not happen, as middle class buyers felt cheated by this.

Yes I do agree with you and views are most welcome .. Regarding dumping ground issue , we have meeting at Crossing republic tomorrow noon .. will update everyone after that
