People who have booked flat in Meenal Housing Group's - Balmukunda Residency in RNE, please express your views about the speed of construction, construction quality and other issues. Also get to know each other as the end users might be "GOOD" neighbors

yeah,
progress seems to be nice. specially for B tower, that is towards the rear. Photos are there at GOWO site.

At the time of booking they were having 9 floors, they told me that they will be getting permission for 12 floors soon, any idea???

it seems only u and me have booked in balmukund residency. or people are very secretive. i have also heard that it isgoing to be increased to 12 floors.

There are very few units left in Balmukunda Residency. The issue is that not all the flat owners of Balmukunda are active on internet. I don't think anyone can get anything by being secretive.
BTW u have booked in which tower & floor?

One of my coleague is intrested in Balmukunda residency due to its location, I had recently booked in CR ... but he needs big flat and so decided to go with Balmukunda.

How is the builder and delivery etc? I am bit skeptical builder is new, society is very small .. etc etc

yes, u can still buy flat in Balmukunda residency. Builder still have few flats left at 5th and 6th floor. Plz contact bulider for latest...
