Hi,

I'm new member here and need expert advise in deciding which society in Indirapuram is best for ready to move in Apts. Presently I'm residing in rental accomodation, so don't want to wait and pay rent for 2-3 years till I get possession, after booking in some new project. Few societies I've short listed are:

1) Gaur Green City
2) Mahagun Mansion
3) Krishna Apra Garden
4) Aditya (Possession being given)
5) Orange County(Possession will be given shortly)

Other societies can also be considered.

Please advise Pros and Cons of each society like construction quality/Parking space/facilities/maintenance charges etc.

My typical requirement is 3Bed 2Bath accomodaion of around 1300-1400 sqft and my budget is around 45-50 Lakh.

Gaur Green City is the best

Nirala Eden is also good. I quite liked its location. Its next to DPS Indirapuram, is close to big shopping complex. Close to NH24. I dont remember the price though. The builder is quite reputed though.

Ghaziabad experts - any idea about Rajhans appts (opposite Aditya Mall) .. location is good but i have heard that the quality is not good ?

Hi,

I have known some frds living in Rajhans, following are my observations on this :
1. Outer Design is poor, atleast I did not like the HOSTEL type homes.

2. Inner design is average, I didn't like this as well, very conjusted flats

3. Rate is high as compared to quality and quality is.........

4. and quality is.........Poor

Just one location advantage ; Location and people living inside the society.

Thanks Trial_Survey for the video link. Was a sort of eye-opener. The poor chap (Owner of the flat) must be feeling cheated after he pumped his hard earned money into buying the flat. I sympathize with him.

The sample videos for ACTUAL FLATS of all the major builders in NOIDA should be put on You Tube for the world to see. I request everybody to put similar videos if they have one. This expose is the need of the hour, they will stop making tall claims & cheat gullible customers.

short advice...DO NOT BUY RAJHANS ...pathetic quality...
but it is cheaper than other socities no doubt
