Buying a plot in Ghaziabad - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,
I am looking to buy a plot of about 150 sq yard within a budget of 35 - 45 lacs for residence purpose at which I can move in within 2-3 years.
I have gone through different options available at NH 24, like Jaipuria, wave city, aditya world city, and also heard that emmar mgf is also coming there.
But I am still confused that where to go.
Jaipuria has already made an uncertain delay in there project. Wave city is a big project to get completed. Aditya world city, I haven't heard about them earlier.
Kindly suggest me the best thing to do and if there is also something good in noida.

u may explore waves.. as they r good name... n projects sounds to be great for long run...

its massive project but there r chances of plots delivery in 2 year..

mgf is again good but will take more time..

how much is the rate offered for wave..? how much discount u r gettin there from ur broker..?

Before going for Wave, please search the forum for 'Ponty Chadda'...you will get enough food for your thoughts.

Jaipuria is delayed but thr block G is ready for possession with road, boundary wall, sewer, electricity.. You can immediately take the possession and start construction... rates are not too high and might be with intelligent planning for 45L you will be able to construct considerable part of the house including the plot.. Do share your experience of site visit and offered rates by local brokers and company (Jaipuria) for the plots.

thanks for the suggestions. The rate been offered at jaipuria is approx 16000 psy and at waves is 19000 psy.

Check for all inclusive rates and block as well..
