Also how much is % scope for Quoted Price to come down in both options.

Guys pls give as clear response to above as possible.
Will mean a lot to me.

(326/854*100) = 38% uncovered area.

diff= 1335 - 854 = 481
(481/854*100) = 56% uncovered area.

Itna zyada difference kyu hai saurabh...
Aisa kya banaa rahe hain uncovered area mein???
lifts wagehra to river heights mein bhi hogi...??

First Phase Layout of Classic was really not Good, But in RNE every RTM are in big demand hence maximum inventory SOLD OUT in every Society....

BTW if I have taken 1190 SF 3BHK in Classic, then it do not mean that I like Classic very much, I like that floor layout of classic due to very big Living area (16x11 + 9x9) in just 1190 SF 3BHK....

Love your Flat/Society but never Love your Builder as Builder kisi ke sage nahe hote

If Carpet areas is same then go to River heights (no 2nd Thought) at same Rate.

I like River Heights lift lobby, 9X21 (189 feet),good floor plan, four flats, two lifts, two stairs, and (1:20 lift: flat ratio.

I think they have increased it for new customers... BTW Actual possession will be not before DEC/2013 in E Block. Difference will be for early possession written buyers they will be 72,000 Penalty for 1 year (1190 SF 3BHK)

any idea of the commercial space booking launch in classic residency?
How many shops will be there? How big is the space?

may be in first 2 floor in J block ..... arround 10000to12000 psf

I am looking for 1190 sq appartment in Classic residency. I have contacted the builder and he is giving 1925/- on CLP + other charges 29,92,000.

I want to know the current going price. So far I have not done any negotiation. Can senior member advice on final price I should lock this flat. It is on 9 floor G tower with corner PLC.

Should I go for dealer or builder directly?
