Hi

According to my latest conversation Crescent Parc, Spring View Project Ghaziabad Site Office, the construction will begin by 30 April 2012.
Also the allotment letter will be given from 30 April 2012.

I am not sure whether they will commit to this date because they are just pushing this date every month for next month(from last 6 months in my case)


Please add to this thread when any of u get the latest update...

Hi Vivek, i dont know what is going on spring view floor project as i have booked flat 6 months back and still work is not staring and eveytime they said that work will be startting by this week , month ...

anybody idea what is going on and when constrution will start please share on this..

I have also heard something similar. Surprisingly, the project is not yet bankable.

30th April 2012 date has gone by but not a work from SARE group. Do you know the current status of crescent park - springview floors ghaziabad. They had said at the time of booking that the house will be ready to process by mid 2013. But till now not even the construction has started !!! They are buzy selling the newly launched S+8 ebony greens phase 3 in ghaziabad.

I am bit worry about the road proposed . they are saying that it will be made in 2 month but its already 4 month past.

That is very important for connectivitevity. If some body knows about the status please share .

Yesterday i contacted at springview site office.As usual... They are telling that it would take another one month to begin the construction.

It's strange that while Springview project is languishing, Phase 4 of Crescent Parc at Ghaziabad has been launched with fanfare ! I hope SARE Homes does something fast to address the situation. It does not much time for negative sentiment to build up.

Dear Sir,

Last Saturday(19.05.12) I have talked with their site person regarding allotment , but he told me that site layout is under processing in government table. Its will take some time.

And 45M connecting road is also under processing. Every month they give some commitment and end of the month its go to next month. Last 6month i have seen that.

Hi all

I also talked to site person regarding delay in start of construction. They are telling that plot design is under approval process and will take another one more month....
They are just delaying the process since last 9 months....
