Crossings Republik has become a lifestyle destination for many because of the availability of world-class facilities at an appropriate price range.

The narrow main approach road, industrial pollution, a down market neighbour hood (all within 100-200 meters) and a dumping ground hill next to your balcony .....with fragrance of 'special types'

Have you seen the pathetic bhangel village just outside the so-called-Best "Purvanchal Silver city".

If we go by price and outside area of CR vis a vis Silver city....CR might win

Today I visited CR with my friend and infra is pathetic.
Both side of NH24 once you cross Hindon River,are like slum area till CR.
As far as CR is concerned there is no cut at Nh-24 to enter CR and roads inside CR have disappeared.......

I know how bad and good CR is....
My point is , why point the BADs of CR only...bad roads can be made....but what about Purvanchal Silver city which has Bhangel/Gejha village and its market just at its door which will never go away.

Do you agree that when people praise silver city they ignore the issue of the adjacent village and while CR is discussed the bad roads and connectivity comes forth.

i feel major problem with crossing is only dumping ground...otherwise it is good property considering rate and construction level.

Dont forget GDA new colony Siddhart Vihar at NH-24 is coming opposite to crossing which will be built in 700 acres.

Next to crossing is Noida Extension. If NE is good then crossing is also good considering rate of crossing.

So only concern with crossing is DUMPING GROUND. Roads and other infrastructure can be built once construction is over.

Dont forget noida mein bhi koi infra built nahi hone wala jab tak construction over na ho jaye and people are moving or living in the area of new sector of noida
