CR has been overshadowed by Noida Extn. Reason being that Noida Extn is in close vicinity and offers similar rates but being part of GNIDA, it has an advantage of getting better infrastructure.
Besides, the road opposite CR has some polluting industries. There was a dumping ground issue also which i am not sure has been resolved or not. If you ask me, the best place to invest money right now in Ghaziabad is Rajnagar Extension. Just visit that place to see the pace of work on infrastructure going on there. 6 lane expressway, internal roads, sewerage, electric stations, everything seems to be going at a fast pace there. Besides, the area is very well insulated from polluting industries of main Ghaziabad/Shahidabad. Besides, NH58 to NH24 link road construction has started, which would meain seemless connectivity to Noida. And then there is NH24 to Greater noida expressway link road proposal as well, which would furthur enhance connectivity to Noida and Greater noida from Rajnagar Extn. Rates are reasonable at 1900 - 2100 psqft |

-- I just don't buy this point at all as the supply in CR is almost over obvious choice of any builder would to shift their attention towards new project and with such a huge supply available in NE. Besides, the road opposite CR has some polluting industries. There was a dumping ground issue also which i am not sure has been resolved or not. --I have been many times their over past 2 year and could't see any reason of panic the carbon industries you might be refering is a good one KM away from crssing and the smoke doesn't have to come to crossing for sure as it goes in atmosphere and gets distributed all over. If you ask me, the best place to invest money right now in Ghaziabad is Rajnagar Extension. --Only if you have no plan to commute to Noida/GNoida for work. Just visit that place to see the pace of work on infrastructure going on there. 6 lane expressway, internal roads, sewerage, electric stations, everything seems to be going at a fast pace there. Besides, the area is very well insulated from polluting industries of main Ghaziabad/Shahidabad. And then there is NH24 to Greater noida expressway link road proposal as well, which would furthur enhance connectivity to Noida and Greater noida from Rajnagar Extn. --If you talk about upcoming plans then every project is better than other as these kind of promises are thrown at the start of every project remember Metro connectivity news for crossings so I just don't believe and buy based on proposed amenities |

Regarding commuting to Noida/Gnoida, i would like to let you know that the NH-24 to NH-58 link road work has already started, and since its a signal free 6 lane road, connectivity of Noida and Ghaziabad will improve considerably. Also, the 13km road from NH-24 to New Holland Factory (Greater Noida) is going to resume soona s per GDA, so that should strenghthen connectivity with Greater Noida. |

Hi All,
I agree with point made by Arun about the "proposed features" described at the time of launch of any projects because most of the proposals does not guarantee the actual execution of the same. regards vagarg |
