Anyone purchased in Divyansh Pratham? What floor? What rate? What area?

i am thinking of buying there. looking for past experiences

I think Divyansh is nice project to invest. Go for it.

Sab bacha hua hai dost...they r now planning to sell off most of their remaining flats near posession...try to grab at around 10th...visit the office and bug them for sometime so that they realise u r only interested in middle floors...they will make u meet their MD ( and this is what they love to do ) .. and u can straightaway discuss ur floor requirement with the MD...All u hv to do is to let them know ur keen to book Saya Zenith if required floor is not offered by Divyansh..

However u will also find it interesting that all flats r corner flats by default (u dnt hv an alternate) and it carries a corner PLC too...
