1) Aashiana Group (Most reputed in whole India)
2) SVP Group
3) Ajanara Group
4) SG Group
5) Gaur Group
6) Piyush Group

they shuld have launchd 2 bhk with smaller size also...seeing the AI price of 3000.

if Gaur will have AI price of around 3000, new developers cant sell at 2200 AI...800 psft difference is huge....i feel they might increase the price in coming months...which is inevident anyway...

I think 2700 must be the all inclusive cost. There would be further 5% inagural discount.

For those who are talking about supply (over/under) and Gaur price @2700.

- I have seen a couple of buyer for APC with 38L offer in Hand. Believe me they are looking for seller for last 4-5 months.
- With Gaur @2700, I think, it reinforce the market demand of ~3K for branded RTM flats (referring APC)

do not get overawed by te entry of gaurs in rajnagar ext. its not te builders who drives te growth in the area but it is investor buyers in a particular area who drives the growth of price of tat area.
it it has been in te hands of builders surely all the big builder would have announced the presence in the area.

so be super cooooooooooool and take decesion only with patience.

why these people are not trying other projects with good construction quality on the main Road? The location of Ashiana is not very good. The only advantadge is the reputation(not a big issue) and the quality of constructon(Really good).

Very Good Builder.... good solid quality of construction & Timely possession(i have been offered my possession in Gaur grandeur on exact date and time mentioned in the BBA)...

The rates looks a little inflated though looking at RNE.

How much difference investing in right time can make...Bought Phase 1 Gaur grandeur in Noida at Rs 3000 including service tax in Sep 2010... and now same is the price in RNE...

.... You are right that in RE Time of Enter in the Property Makes Big Difference, It is actually the key of success..... Entering at wrong time in even good area may not give very good Returns....

Person who enter in N-Eway in 2006-2008 face big Loss with no appreciation from 2006 to FEB/2010
But Person who enter in N-Eway after JUNE/2010 are sitting at good profit...

Same Noida Area , Same Projects only Time of Enter makes the Difference for Investor.
