GAUR Cascades - Rajnagar Extension
According to today's Times Property -GZB, a very prominent builder of NCR - Gaur is launching a 10 acre township in RNE very soon.
This might just be the starting of branded builders shifting there focus from CR and NE to RNE, seeing the progress and development in RNE in the past years and given the land is free from controversies here. Does anyone have more information on the location/price etc.?

Some more sketchy details:

Bhoomi pujan at Gaur Cascades
The Tribune, Saturday, February 11, 2012[/B] http://www.tribuneindia.com/2012/20120211/real.htm#16 Realty group Gaursons India Ltd. performed bhoomi pujan of its new project Gaur Cascades at Raj Nagar Extension (RNE) ealier this week. It is one of the very few projects in Delhi NCR that are brought in the market after getting all the approvals in place. Speaking on the occasion, Manoj Gaur, MD, Gaursons India Ltd, said that the group will ensure complete transparency for the benefit of buyers, " We assure our investor/buyers that they will get whatever they will be promised and in whatever manner they are promised. Being the part of CREDAI we want to implement CREDAI's mission of transparency and this project is a step in that direction." Spread across 10 acres, this project will have varied options of 2 BHK, 3BHK and 4 BHK in various sizes starting from 1,190 sq.ft. to 2,400 sq.ft. There will be around 1,080 units and the price starts at Rs 2,700 per sq.ft. .

RNE can never be NE with unlimited land.... in NE there will be 3.5 Lac Flats Supply and once that done that will have next new supply because NE/GN has only Land Land Land but no public.... Just because of Less supply at this time New Launches / Actual Resale in IP & Vaishali is at much high rate then Noida New Areas..... Yes It's True....
