The GDA has recently verified wth builders in RNE too.. Ghaziabad Hints (a local new paper) few days back refered KDP GS , Ajnara, Nitisree, SG and few upcoiming projects.

Lets see what gonna happen!!!

I guess so far CR, KW sristhi SCC Ashiana have come clean .... any news??

The following scanned copy of the part of GDA approved map (large table sized) containing stamp of GDA shows that-

1. KDP GS has approval of 1158 units.

2. On 15.11.11, vide Receipt No 327316 they have paid to GDA fee of Rs 15,22,559/-

If KDP people have been doing the actual construction as per this approval there should be no issue.

Other members please see the image and give their inputs.

OR in case I am missing something please point it out.
