A friend of mine wants to own a home.currently living on rent in saket but is in state of delimma whether to own house in ghaziabad,kundli or faridabad.(since these areas are affordable)

He works at haus khas but can take transfer from haus khas to pitampura depending upon his office distance from above cities

If He works in Hauz Khas, he should better go to faridabad without any doubt.
Forget Kundli, better not compare that with faridabad and Ghaziabad.

I don't want to comment on why not kundli because I fear to be brick bated..

Nothing is BETTER or WORST from others.... There is no comparison in difference NCR Areas..... It's all personal need as per that public buy their homes.... huge public living in FDB / kundli / GZB in all 3 places. Some Issues / +ive / -ive Points everywhere.

Best Way.... Visit All Areas / Near by Facilities / Malls / Railway / ISBT Facility / Distance of Metro / Distance of own Job or Business area / Where Own Family prefer / Water / Electricity / GAS Pipeline / Public Transport / Late Night travel after 9 PM possible or not / Population density / Traffic condition / ................... Where ever fit with most of the NEEDED criteria take there....

Some Like Chahal pahal in area even at 10-11 PM.... Some Like SOON-SAAN traffic free roads even at 5-6 PM..... Preference changed person to person

haus khas & pitampura are fully opposite location of DELHI

Indirapuram Ghaziabad is equally 24 KM far from haus khas , and 28 KM far from pitampura.... so IP will be in center from both location.... Metro Facility also Available so with in 40 Minutes to reach any of these 2 place from IP.... Park bike/car at Vaishali GZB Metro Station only 3 KM far from IP.

As per your friend's office distance criteria - For office location at Pitampura, affordable home options are at Kundli and Bahadurgarh. For office location in Hauz Khaz, home options could be Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Now your friend should visit above said locations, do his analysis of habitat,check various residential options and check his pocket. Select a residential property and then select the office location to work .

Ya their huge difference in the living conditions of ghaziabad vs faridabad vs kunldi ( so one might be bricked batttt) ...so is the rate difference ....so check for the convieneience...and the location of office and the distance..after all office is in gurgaon then u cant live in ghaziabad only beacuase it is recomended by seniors...that for one to decide...u have to move as per the office not aas per seniors ..paise to bhai office se hi milega na...hmm

i agree that if working in hauz khas prefer faridabad or ghaziabad , and if working in pitampura prefer kundli. Rates are affordable in all three locations , all three locations have bright future this forum is full of information try reading different posts from these location then go for a ground research.
