Planning to buy a home in Vasundhara. Shortlisted 2 Co-operative socities...

1. Himalaya Ivory
2. Dr. Park.

Users please give their reviews on these projects...

go with Dr. park anytime maintenance is good flat layout is better then any other old society .only problem is with lift they r not working properly but i have heard that they r in process of changing them .please check this before buying

thanks bunty...i too felt that dr park has very good flat layout as compared to other societies now a days..and it is the main driver for me to buy in this society....the only problem i feel is the towers on the roof top......

Hi,

I myself have been seraching for an appartment in Vasundhara, Dr park does not have registry as there is some dispute between builder and awas vikas. Is it okay to go ahead with a falt with no registry.

i didn't know that there is no registry in dr park.I don't think there is major problem but in future some problem may arise so it would be better if u buy registered flat.
