Hi all. I have. 600 sq ft flat with parking, woodwork, piped gas,security, 5 min walk from Kaushambi metro station. Was wondering how much I should expect if I want to sell it? What's the rate in the area? Getting different impression from property dealers and those living in the society. Tks for help
