Another matter which early members would have noticed is that the original plan had a very small commercial space in the front. It seems they have put all their resources now into the commercial wing and we have to wait because of that.

The whole point is that the builder doesn't have the financial or technical expertise for a project of so large a scale. Nor they have the intentions right.

Hi Mohan,

I have no intention to scare people off this project or RNE...Like you, I too wish that project should be successful.

All I am doing is sharing my experiences of the last 4.5 years when I booked a flat in this project, in order to give the right perspective to my fellow investors.

Thanks for opening this thread. But I guess I am free to share my opinion. Thats what this forum is for. Isn't it!!

Updated possession schedule from KDP:

Tower A,B,C and D - August 2011.
E,F,J and K - December 2011
G,H,I, IA, L,M and N - March 2012.

All amenities shall be completed by June 2012 (approx.).

From where did U get this schedule? I personally visited the site yesterday & littlebit disappointed. Then I visited their Noida office & met with one of their director. According to him first A,B,C & D will be ready in 2-3 months. I did not get convienced on this point but I was convienced about their quality committment. He showed me the products to be used in the project like sanitaryware, video door & discussed about the other material like lifts, electrical panels, electrical wires & switched.
One important thing they are going to change the colour scheme of the outer building. According to my personnal POV This point itself will make atleast additional 2 months delay. But I am sure about one thing that A to D Towers will be delivered by December even if they just keep this pace. Only In 2012 people will start living there. In 2012 last this society will become a landmark of RNE, Only in 2013 people will understand the importance of quality, open space, location, facilities of society etc. Then only there will be a good appreciation. According to me this society will be the Mini ATS of RNE. Till then keep hoping & keep posting.

One more important thing that there is no change in price till now. The prices are same. NE crash did not make any difference. Price appreciation expect only atleast 4 towers handed over & specifically habitated.

Can you give more details on the materials which you discussed. Like are they using good brands for sanityware/pvc/electrical panels/wires/RO/Lifts etc. ?

Sanitary fittings : cera
electrical switches : vinay
video door : zicom
lifts : Johnson
cables : i think it was primecab

RO : I think they have not finalised yet because they did not mention.

They are also providing one integrated lock in the main door of flat which they did not mention earlier.
They are also worried to save their reputation. they very well know that it is affected. So now trying to do damage control. I hope they will do it.

How did you come to know about the meetings? Are they sending any info on that because I haven't received any so far? Did they mention anything about paying a penalty for the delay?

Can you pls elaborate on the proceedings of the meeting for the benefit of those who missed it?
